Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Delivery times

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by the carrier or external events are outside of our control.
Shipping confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect addresses
We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and the product, so we can review your case.
