Returns & Refunds Policy

Each bag is carefully inspected before shipping.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • defective product

  • product damaged during shipping

  • wrong product received

To start a claim, please contact us within 10 business days after delivery and include clear photos of the product and its packaging.

The item must be:

  • unused

  • in perfect condition

  • with original packaging and all accessories

Once your case is reviewed, we will notify you if your return has been approved.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • damage caused by improper use

  • normal wear and tear

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
